Se ordenó a la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Bogotá que asuma de forma inmediata el conocimiento de la tutela de la referencia, de conformidad con lo establecido en el inciso tercero del numeral 2 del Art. 1º del Decreto Reglamentario 1382 de 2000 que establece que: “cuando la acción de tutela se promueva contra un funcionario o corporación judicial, le será repartida al respectivo superior funcional del accionado”.
